Our TransNational Computer LLC annual support agreement provides unlimited access to Senior Technicians during normal business hours (Saturday through Thursday 9A.M. to 6 P.M. ). Additionally you are eligible to receive updates as they become available. After hours Support is available for emergencies only, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for an additional fee. |
